We want you to love your sanctuary, which is why we offer a 100-night sleep trial and free returns on all orders within the United States. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will make it right with a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to begin the process.

  Select Items

  Choose the specific items you wish to return or exchange and select the reason for your request to generate your prepaid shipping label.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging if possible, attach the prepaid label, and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
